        Getting ready and details

I will start with the location and the details of your things, ready for the day: the dress, the shoes, the flowers, the vows you wrote and other details you might want to document with creative flatlays (depending on your interests). These elements create a visual frame for your story, and tell something about where you are and why you chose Florence. Each element will have a special meaning to you. After this, I will capture the getting ready, the interactions you have with each other, in your room.

To enjoy your day at the best, here's a few recommendations

        YOUR DATE: DECEMBER 23, 2024

Some general recommendations to keep in mind for your wedding day in Firenze:

        - At sunrise the light changes very fast; to avoid losing the best moments, photographically speaking, try not to be late; if you are a bit early in your getting ready, we can also have a moment to chat and warm up before we start shooting (I'll be there at least 10-15 minutes early just in case).

        - Bring your make-up basics in case you need to touch up the make-up during the shoot, I can fit something in my bag.

        - Messy hair cannot be easily edited, so if you are not ok with a little wind or frizz in your hair, be sure to have a steady, possibly professional hairstyle, and a brush for emergencies; if you prefer to have a professional make-up and hairstyle, let me know, so that I can book someone for you or give you some contacts you can reach out to; Firenze is going to be cold and humid in December, so the hair will surely change a little during our shoot.

        - Once you are fully dressed, take a moment to see yourself in the mirror, or take a photo of each other to see if your look satisfies you, even better if you can try the outfit at home, before traveling, to make sure you are happy with it.

        - It will surely be cold, so make sure you have a scarf, or a jacket to warm up when we are not shooting.

        - Don’t keep anything in your pockets (this is usually something men do!): instead bring a bag or a pouch, something to put your valuables in, that I can carry for you during our shoot.

        - If you have heels, bring flats as well to get from one spot to the next, in case you get tired.

        - Your clothing will probably be wrinkled after your travels (this is also not such an easy fix, because even Photoshop has its limits) so make sure you ask your hotel for an iron; if you can’t find an iron, leave the clothes on hangers in the bathroom, especially if you take a shower or a bath, the night before our shoot: the humidity will help.
