From what you have told me, Lucia, I imagine a wedding weekend full of creativity, warmth and fun.
Since you don’t have a wedding planner, when you book me you know you can count on me for photography but also for time management. I will make sure, together with all of your vendors, that the day flows as planned. And that the timeline will give you and your guests the best possible experience.
As a fine art wedding photographer in Italy, I specialize in international celebrations for couples coming from all over the world.
I approach every photo as an editorial experience, curating every detail with a delicate, romantic eye, while I accompany you through your day with a steady hand. There will be a lot of candid images, and there are the ones we plan and create together.

- Peace of mind on your wedding day: I am precise and organized. I help you create a timeline that works, in collaboration with your wedding planner and all vendors. This allows you to get to the wedding day with no last minute questions, ready to fully enjoy and forget all about me.
- I take my time to get to know you and understand what is important to you. Having done all of the preparation in advance will make you feel supported and safe on the wedding day: you will be sure that the images will have all of the elements that are important to you.
- I do my absolute best to capture your natural beauty and your unique character- with delicate, organic imagery. I guide you when it is needed and leave you to have fun when we have what we wanted. I am there to make you feel and look amazing.

Location, atmosphere and details
We first focus on capturing the atmosphere of the place with camera and drone. Then we photograph the dress, the shoes, the flowers and other details you might want to document (stationery, gift bags, etc...) with creative flatlays.
Bride and Groom Preparation
After hair and make-up, we capture the moment you put on the dress, photographing the excitement, the tears, the laughs, the special bond with family and friends. We can plan posed portraits with close family, bride and groom party.
Portraits, getting to the ceremony
You have a moment to breathe before the ceremony. It is the best time for some intimate portraits of bride and groom, waiting to meet each other. Then we capture the walk to the ceremony.
Ceremony
It is time for your ceremony at San Martino Church in Castelbrando. We photograph the wedding ceremony from all angles, and we can also use the drone to photograph the bride's entrance and exit.

Family and Group Portraits
You exit the church. With a detailed list in hand, we find a good spot for photos and photograph all of the family and friends.
Aperitivo & Couple Portraits
While your guests enjoy aperitivo in the garden overlooking the hills, we will take some time for couple portraits in the (previously scouted) best spots in Castelbrando.
Dinner at Teatro Sansovino, Cake Cutting
The rest of the evening is documented in an unobtrusive way, while you enjoy the reception, the cutting of the cake and the evening party at Teatro Sansovino.
We can plan together things like bride and groom entrance and exit.
Dancing in the Castelbrando caves all night long
We can capture the beautiful location, and some of the dancing, before leaving you to party all night long.
CUSTOM COLLECTION n.1
THE DESTINATION WEDDING WEEKEND: A 3-DAYS PHOTOGRAPHY COLLECTION TO FULLY DOCUMENT YOUR DESTINATION WEDDING WEEKEND IN ITALY.
+ 2 hours of consecutive event coverage the day before the wedding (welcome party in Cison di Valmarino);
+ one photographer dedicated to your event;
+ 12 hours of consecutive wedding coverage (from 1 pm to 1 am);
+ A team of two photographers for the entire duration of the wedding service;
+ Drone photos included where possible;
+ 2 hours of consecutive event coverage the day after the wedding (day-after pizza and spa);
+ one photographer dedicated to your event;
+ Full availability to communicate with you to prepare the wedding day’s timeline, location scouting in person if possible, suggestions and indications on where to take couple portraits;
+ Possibility to extend the service beyond 12 hours at an additional cost.
+ Delivery of at least 1600 selected photographs in total;
+ Private online gallery, accessible to guests too, for photo previews;

+ 11 hours of consecutive wedding coverage (from 1:30 pm to 0:30 am, or 1 pm to midnight);

+ one photographer dedicated to your event;

ENGAGEMENT PHOTO SESSION
An engagement photo session is great way to get to ease into the wedding process. You will get to know me as a photographer and feel absolutely at ease on your wedding day – knowing what to do and how to pose to be at your best. Travel fees are included in North and Central Italy.
If you wish to plan the shoot in the South of Italy or anywhere else in Europe I will add travel fees ( depending on the location).

As discussed with Lucia, the final collections are above your ideal budget.
I feel like this wedding weekend deserves to be documented fully, and Custom Collection n.1 is surely what meets your needs.
What I can do on my end, while still offering a full service, is to give you the chance to book at a discounted rate if you can make a decision before August 27th 2024 (if I don't receive a double inquiry for the same date in the meantime). This allows me to plan ahead and give you a better price, taking into account your offer to also include an accomodation for the necessary dates (I imagine two nights are enough).
The best price I can offer for Custom Collection n.1 is 5.800 € (if booked by August 27th, 2024). If I receive more inquiries for the same dates, I will let you know so that you can be aware.
Once you have made a decision, I will ask you to read and sign a contract and make a deposit to officially reserve your dates.
Choosing a photographer is an important step and I will always be available to clarify doubts and give more information.
We will review the time plan together several times over the months, whenever you feel the need, so that everything works as best as possible and the only thing left for you to do is have fun!
